Having grown up in Europe, sisters Suzanne Dakis and Soula Kotros, understood the value of service, quality and consistency. In Greece, a coffee is almost always enjoyed with a delicious baked treat "on the house". This tradition is known as 'kerasma', which translates "to be treated", because that's what its all about, welcoming your customer and showing them you are a good host.
