Bite Size Biscuits was founded by two sisters; Suzanne Dakis and Soula Kotros. Starting with a recipe and a dream, these humble little biscuits have gone from home baking to wholesale. From independent cafes to international hotel groups, these iconic cookies have become a saucer-side staple.
Now, we’re proudly Australian Hospitality’s choice supplier for: Corporate gifting boxes, seasonal gifting (ie. Lunar New Year gifts, Remembrance Day bites & Christmas Gift Hampers), wholesale cafe suppliers, bulk snack providers and overall - providing Australia with their favourite mini biscuits for coffee.

Looking to purchase wholesale cookies, Cretzels, gift hampers and more? While Bite Size doesn’t currently have an online store, stay tuned on our socials, or reach out to us today so we can chat about why Bite Size might be right for you!
Christmas time is a time to share the love, and with our extensive range of personalised hampers, wholesale hampers and gourmet gift baskets made with the holiday season in mind, we are open to the public as we believe our limited edition Christmas range tastes better when shared with loved ones.
We believe that part of what makes getting a Bitesize Biscuit with your morning coffee so special is that it’s something to look forward to, and we prioritise having direct relationships with all of our customers, so supermarkets don’t feel quite right for us.
If your local coffee shop serves up Bitesize Biscuits with your morning brew - there’s a good chance they sell our Gourmet Bites Boxes for your at-home enjoyment.
Bite Size Biscuits is an Australian owned & made, family business operating out of South West Sydney, NSW. We make our biscuits using traditional recipes, passed down from generations. We also source 90% of our ingredients from Australia and our New Zealand neighbours because supporting local farmers and industries is our top priority.
That’s the Bite Size difference you can taste.
Our focus is and always will be bringing Greek-style hospitality to Australia. And with the nation's love for Bite Size coffee treats and gourmet bites, we’re baking day and night as the number 1 wholesale biscuit supplier.
That being said, currently we only service the Australian market, however we are excited about what the future of Bite Size has to offer!
What a great question!
Cookies are sweet, baked treats often made with sugar, flour, and additional ingredients like chocolate or nuts. They are soft and chewy, originating from the USA.
Biscuits are flaky and buttery and are often a little crunchy and crumbly, originating from Britain - often enjoyed with breakfast or if you’re lucky, with your morning coffee at our partnering cafes!
And if you want to know what the heck a “Cretzel” is… well you’ll just have to try one and find out for yourself!
Our biscuits are made fresh at HQ where we bake daily. They're preservative and additive free with no hidden nasties.
Unlike the common biscuit in the supermarket, our shelf life from when our biscuits are baked is around 16 weeks. Our biscuits are so delicious and additive we would be surprised if they even lasted you that long… EVEN if you’re buying your snacks in bulk!
FUNraising
We bring the FUN back into fundraising, let us introduce you to the only cookie fundraiser for schools!
The Bite Size FUNraising box is a solution for schools, childcare, sporting clubs, communities, and various other initiatives to raise money for their unique needs by selling delicious biscuits.
Our 'FUN' take on Fundraiser Boxes includes 15 packs of our 3 preservative-free, award-winning, not so nutty flavours:
- Raspberry White Chocolate
- Salted Caramel
- Choc Chip
Made as an exciting alternative to the age-old Fundraising chocolate boxes that every kid knows, our ‘FUN’raising Boxes are made to be less naughty, just as delicious, and hold up better in the Australian sun.
Sweet
Savoury
Our Cretzels are served as complimentary snacks within many industries such as pubs, clubs and bars - these savoury bites are often served with alcoholic beverages instead of nuts.
Hair salons opt to give their customers a complimentary snack while their hair gets done, car dealerships often provide them in their waiting rooms, and they are often served as complimentary snacks alongside drinks within gaming rooms. We have even seen chefs use them as a crunchy element within salads - move over croutons!
