Credit Terms:

Payment is required in FULL prior to dispatch from our warehouse. Bite Size Group may extend credit terms following receipt and
approval of a credit application. Bite Size Group may vary or withdraw your approved credit terms at any time. If your account falls into arrears, orders may not be dispatched all outstanding invoices have been settled. A surcharge of 2% may apply to all credit card payments.

Returns:

As a HACCP certified supplier, Bite Size Group is unable to accept returns once stock has dispatched from the warehouse. If there is a
discrepancy on your order, please contact your account manager on 02 9728 0000 within 24 hours of delivery.
